OR Consulting — 1 St James’s Street

Berry Bros. & Rudd recently inaugurated its latest spirits boutique, underlining its esteemed reputation for curating premium wines and liquors. OR Consulting Engineers acted as building services and environmental engineers for the refurbishment of the 140 year old Grade II listed 1a St James’s Street in London. This expansion epitomizes the brand’s ongoing dedication to providing discerning clientele with exceptional libations. Our design strategy was built on respect for the historic context while providing sustainably engineered solutions.
