Sustainability is at the core of our work at OR Consulting, our broad engineering experience allow us to table innovative solutions to reduce the embodied and operational carbon of buildings across all internal and external design disciplines. We have a great deal of experience working with sustainably sourced materials ensuring that we deliver design excellence alongside low emissions.

We understand that buildings can only be truly efficient if their embodied and operational carbon performance has considered and optimised from the earliest stages of design through to operation. OR Consulting implement a soft landing process to communicate the optimal design and operating strategies to the client organisation during the design and construction stages and “in-use”.
Our engineering solutions are designed to be efficient and sensitively integrated, whilst our choices of renewable and low carbon technologies are tailored to the needs of our clients and their buildings.
We are committed to developing and encouraging well rounded and creative engineers and we employ tools from simple sketching to advanced 3D modelling software to inform, communicate and integrate our sustainable design ideas with others.
