OR Consulting worked alongside Brinkworth Design on the design of this 300 seat restaurant and bar lounge in Clapham, London.

OR Consulting were appointed to design and integrate the Building Services systems to provide heating, cooling and fresh air ventilation for the bar’s customers and the commercial kitchen facility.

The Loft is located at first floor level in a mixed use development. Great care was taken to integrate the design to avoid disruption or nuisance to the retail units below and the residential apartments above.
