Baba joined OR Consulting in 2016 and now leads one of our multidisciplinary M&E teams in London as an
Associate.

With a first-class Master in Engineering (Meng) from the University of Bath and Chartered Engineer (CEng) with CIBSE, he brings a wealth of expertise in a range of sectors, including; education, residential, commercial, sports and leisure, heritage and cultural projects.

Passionate about holistic building design, Baba thrives on creating bespoke MEP solutions, contributing to OR Consulting’s ethos – delivering beautifully designed, affordable buildings that balance low-carbon solutions with practical, intelligent and elegant operation.

Beyond the technical details, Baba is a natural leader who enjoys fostering creativity within his team, ensuring that every project not only meets high standards of engineering excellence but also delivers a meaningful impact.
