OR Consulting Engineers employ a CIBSE registered Low Carbon Design Consultant and Operations Assessor to lead these studies. Currently this engineer is registering as an assessor to evaluate buildings for their Energy Performance certificate (EPC) and Display Energy Certificate (DEC).
