Energy Audits

OR Consulting carry out energy audits for buildings in accordance with the 'spirit' of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive and the methodology of CIBSE TM22. In particular, OR Consulting seek to:

• Establish methods to improve the energy performance of HVAC systems.
• Introduce measures to improve the energy performance of lighting systems.
• Engage with building users to encourage the "take-up" of energy conservation measures.
• Introduce measures to reduce domestic water consumption.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of facilities management procedures.
• Adopt measures to manage small power usage.
• Analyse building loads to ensure plant is correctly sized.
