Display Energy Certificates

OR Consulting are approved to produce display energy certificates for buildings. OR Consulting employ the operational rating calculation procedure to assess the annual carbon emissions of a building and consequently produce a display energy certificate.

Currently display energy certificates are only required for public buildings that are open to the public and have a total useful floor area above 1000m2. However, the operational rating procedure can be adopted building operators of private buildings to benchmark the performance of their buildings.
